GeiserMiser™ Warranty Information 
 

AmLee Innovations LLC conveys to the purchaser of the GeiserMiser™ a limited and exclusive materials and workmanship warranty for a period of ninety (90) days from the purchase date of the product. AmLee Innovations LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to any person, structure, animal or landscape as a result of utilizing the GeiserMiser™ as intended or otherwise. The sole remedy under this warranty is for a credit replacement of the GeiserMiser™ product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.   

To claim warranty, purchaser must send the following information to:

• Phone Number
• Date of purchase
• Order number or sales draft
• List of items and quantities being returned
• Reason product is being returned

Upon receipt of the return authorization, product is to be shipped at the purchaser’s expense to the following address:

The following information must be included in the package with the returned product in order to expedite the warranty claim: 

• Name
• Phone Number
• Date of purchase
• Order number or sales draft
• List of items and quantities being returned
• Reason product is being returned
• Return authorization number

AmLee Innovations LLC retains the right to review and accept or deny and or all warranty claims. Replacement products will be shipped at the expense of AmLee Innovations LLC to the address included in the warranty claim. 
 
Limitation of Liability 
Neither AmLee Innovations LLC, its suppliers, distributors, contractors or employees shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by the buyer or any third parties as a result of any alleged defects of any product or service provided hereunder, or otherwise arising from the sale or use of any such product or service
